How Does The Pyronix HomeControl2.0 App Work?
The HomeControl+2.0 app connects to the Pyronix’s cloud-based system, which means as long as you have access to the internet, you can login in to your account and control your home burglar alarm system. Think you forgot to switch your alarm on before leaving for the airport? Don’t worry! You can check on the app and even if you did, you can set it via the app.
There are a number of things you can do within your account via the app, including arm and disarm alarms, see individual sensor statuses, remove an alarm detector from the system temporarily, check for any faults on your devices, view your event history and much more!
Should your alarm ever be triggered, it will send a push notification to all users in your account.
The HomeControl2.0 app gives you peace of mind that your home is protected when you are not around.
Compatible with SmartPlug
The SmartPlug is compatible with the HomeControl2.0 application, enabling on/off control of devices, the configuration of scenes and automations, and energy consumption monitoring from a single interface.
Personal Help Alarm
Should anyone ever find themselves in a distressing or potentially threatening situation, HomeControl2.0’s new personal security feature allows them to raise an alarm by sending a notification with geolocation to family and/or friends that help is needed, whether inside or outside of the home.
Geofencing capabilities
Set up the geofencing feature to use as a push notification reminder to arm and disarm your system when exiting and entering the geofence area (respectively).
Biometric login
Login to your system using biometric login (facial recognition/fingerprint) on both iOS and Android devices for easy and simple access to your system. No need to enter your user code every time you enter the app.
Detailed history of events
Events and notifications can be viewed in the app, showing a log of what’s happened on the system, giving the user added visibility over their system.

This is free of charge for the first 12 months from installation of the security system. The subscription is per alarm panel, not he number of users on that system.
